This page contains the terms of use for clash-code.com (the Site). By visiting any page on the Site, reading its tutorials or obtaining software through links on the Site, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms below. If you do not agree with any of them, please stop using the Site.

1. Scope of These Terms

These terms apply to every page, document, download guide and configuration example on the Site, and to visitors accessing it from any device or browser. The Site is aimed at users with basic networking knowledge, and its content focuses on technical explanations and step-by-step instructions. When using content from the Site, you must also comply with the license agreements and open-source project terms that come with the software you use; where the two conflict, the open-source project's terms prevail.

2. Content Purpose and Reference Nature

The Site gathers package indexes, subscription import steps, proxy mode explanations and rule-based routing tutorials for Clash clients and the mihomo kernel. All content is provided for learning, research and technical reference only; it is not a promise that any network service will be available, fast or stable, and it is not legal, security or business advice. Configuration snippets in the tutorials (such as the rules, dns and tun sections of config.yaml) are syntax examples; before using them, adapt them to your own network environment and device, and verify that the results match your expectations.

3. Compliance Requirements

When using content from the Site or software obtained through links on the Site, you must comply with the laws, regulations and network rules that apply where you are located and where you use it, and you are responsible for all of your actions and their consequences. The software and configurations must not be used for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: accessing another person's computer system or data without authorization, infringing intellectual property or privacy rights, distributing malware, launching network attacks, disrupting normal network operation, or any other activity that violates local law. You must not use the Site's content to harm the lawful rights of third parties, or for any form of illegal business activity. All responsibility arising from misuse rests with the user.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

The clients and kernels listed on the Site are developed and maintained independently by their own open-source projects or third-party developers. The Site takes no part in their development, compilation or distribution and makes no guarantee regarding their functionality, security, compatibility or continued availability. Download links, version information and platform support change as upstream projects update, and the Site cannot guarantee that any link will remain valid or that any version will always be available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is not liable for any direct or indirect loss caused by use of, or inability to use, the Site's content, or by software defects, configuration errors, expired subscriptions, network outages, device failures or data loss. Before importing a third-party subscription, changing system proxy settings or enabling TUN mode, assess the risks yourself and back up important data and your original network configuration in advance.

5. Intellectual Property Notice

The page structure, written explanations and content arrangement of the Site belong to the Site. The names, logos and program code of Clash, mihomo, Clash Verge Rev, FlClash, Clash Nyanpasu, ClashX Meta, Clash for Windows and other projects mentioned here belong to their respective projects and rights holders, and are released under their corresponding open-source licenses. References to third-party projects on the Site are for technical explanation and indexing only and do not imply any authorization, partnership or endorsement. Domains, ports and keys in the sample configurations are placeholders for demonstration; do not use them directly in a production environment. If a rights holder believes that content on the Site is improperly referenced, the Site will review the matter and adjust or remove the content promptly.

6. Changes to These Terms

The Site may revise these terms in response to feature changes, upstream project changes or legal requirements. Revised versions are published on this page along with an updated date at the top, and take effect on the day they are published; continuing to visit the Site means you accept the revised content. If a user violates these terms, the Site may restrict their use of its content.
